Upstairs is more of a Western saloon vibe, and downstairs has more of a blues bar atmosphere.
Shotgun Wille’s is all about country and folk music, darts, and American beers such as Pabst Blue Ribbon, Brooklyn Brewery, Coors, Budweiser and Miller. Spirits – whisky, predominately – are cheaper than average too.

Bloom is an indoor-outdoor restaurant set within a former tram barn overlooking the River Torrens and the surrounding ghost gums.
The Menu:
For breakfast you can have oat porridge with rosemary and passionfruit or flaky croissants stuffed with pork sausage, scrambled eggs, Japanese curry mayo and iceberg lettuce.
For lunch you can have tofu dumplings in mushroom broth with udon noodles, charred corn and Asian greens.
And finish with an afternoon Bellinis with plum and burnt sage.
