New Years Eve is just around the corner and what is a New Years celebration without fireworks. So if you’re in Adelaide these holidays here are the best places to watch the fireworks on New Years Eve 2022.
Rymill Park
Light Up this New Year’s Eve in Rymill Park/Murlawirrapurka! Enjoy live music and a vibrant variety of entertainment in one of Adelaide’s favourite parks, transformed for this special event. Two lighting and pyrotechnic shows will take place at 9.30pm and midnight. But tickets are now sold out but you can line up to get a chance to enjoy this event at 8pm.
Peel Street and Leigh Street
The City of Adelaide has created an activation called Midnight Moments that showcases live music and on-street dining. Participating venues have been selected due to their great vantage points to watch fireworks, including Eleven, Jennie Wine Bar, Maybe Mae, Leigh Street Luggage, Plain Jane, and heaps more.
Glenelg
The fireworks are once again returning to the Glenelg shore for New Year’s Eve. You can enjoy early fireworks at 9:30pm or stick it out to the true celebration at midnight. Plenty of family-friendly entertainment will also be kicking off from 7pm on the beach.
Victor Harbor
From 7:30pm, family-friendly entertainment and hit show ‘The Doogans’ will be taking the stage throughout the day alongside carnival rides and mini golf. Much like Glenelg, two fireworks displays are set to dazzle audiences at 9:45pm and midnight!
